Term Loans

First Community Financial provides term loans to provide additional working capital secured by accounts receivable, inventory, and equipment. First Community also provides term loans for the acquisition of new equipment. First Community Financial also will work with other lenders to arrange lease financing and equipment purchase lines of credit.

Our term loans range from $250,000 to $3,500,000 with competitive rates and payment terms tailored to the clients' specific needs.
